Luminous Flux: |
Light energy produced by light source in unit time. |
Unit:Lm |
Luminosity: |
Strength of light;volume of light produced in certain direction angle. |
Unit : Cd |
Illumination: |
Volume of light in unit area (light beam/area (m2)); to show brightness in certain places. |
Unit : Lux |
Luminance: |
To show luminance degree of objects or light sources; light degree in unit orthograph area. |
Unit : Nit, Cd/m2 |
Chroma: |
Measurement to describe color vision influence strength of human eyes. |

Color Rendering: |
|
| |
- Color rendering is the truthfulness percentage of reception under light source and under sunlight
- Light source with high color rendering reveals more distinctive and objects are more close to nature in human eyes.
- Measurement standard sets natural light Ra-100 as 100% true color.
- Manmade light source - color truthfulness is 90% (Ra-90)compared to natural light in proper color temperature.

Color Temperature: |
|
| |
- Degree of photochromic of light source; while heating standard blackbody (i.e.Fe), photochromic will change with temperature increasement, from red, orange, yellow, yellow white, white till blue white.
- When blackbody is heated near or to the same temperature of light source, it is defined as color temperature of this light source, K as unit.
- When blackbody is heated to be red, the temperature is approximately 527℃,(800K). The higher color temperature is, the closer photochromic is to green white, which brings cool environment.
- The lower color temperature is, the closer photochromic is to red and yellow, which brings warm environment.

If model of color powder is fixed, width and center cannot be changed. Only
lighting energy can be changed with different weight of R,G and B. |
